DIAMOND CLUB LITTLE LEAGUE TOURNAMENT RULES
Regulation basketball rules apply.
16 minute halves with running clock; clock stops last 1 minute of each period & timeouts
Three (3) one minute timeouts per game
Five minute warm-up between games; TWO minute half times. If we are ahead of schedule, we will start the game early. Please have your team there 45 minutes before you are scheduled to play
1st , 2nd , 3rd , 4th - full-court pressing is only allowed the last two minutes of each half unless a team is ahead by 15 points or more. 5th & 6th – full-court pressing is allowed the entire game unless the team is ahead by 20 or more points
5th and 6th grades will have a 3 second lane violation
OVERTIME:
Non-championship game: Free throws - the 5 players on the floor from each team will shoot one free throw each until game is decided.
Championship game: Two minute periods will be played until game is decided.
1st , 2nd , & 3rd grades will shoot from a modified free throw line
Two coaches per team allowed. All players required to be in uniform when entering gate.
Complete rosters (with name and number) must be submitted before first game
Age limits:
2nd grade - cannot be older than 9 years
3rd grade - cannot be older than 10 years
4th grade - cannot be older than 11 years
5th grade - cannot be older than 12 years
6th grade - cannot be older than 13 years
Younger grades may play up; older grades may not play down, regardless of age; player cannot play for more than one team in the same grade bracket
A coach can be held responsible for providing proof of age and/or grade in event of any protest. $50 will be required for protest which is nonrefundable.
Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their fans.

2. Points given up
3. Pt differential, but 15 pts max
Once it goes to tie break will seed all the way out.
Conduct
GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP BY TEAMS AND SPECTATORS IS REQUIRED. Only the team coach has the right to discuss a call or non-call with the game officials. The officials calling the game and/or tournament officials will have the right to ask any coach or spectator displaying lewd or disruptive behavior to leave the premises, even if your team is still playing. Local authorities have been placed on notice and will be checking in from time to time during the tournament. All decisions by game and/or tournament officials are final. By paying fees or admission and entering the facilities, you show agreement and submission to follow the rules of this tournament.
Pryor Public Schools, its administrators, and/or Diamond Club are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting in play or attendance at their facilities.
